Kelly Patel
Hi, I’m Kelly, I’m married with a 15 year old son (who, I’m delighted to say, wants to be a vicar) and I live in London. I have a Degree in Physics from Imperial College London, a PGCE from King’s College London (I used to be a high school Physics teacher!) and another degree in Theology from St. Mary’s University in Twickenham, London. Right now I’m in the middle of a PhD in Theology concentrating on ‘conceptions of man and the form of God’ for first and second century Christians and Jews. I love Church and Synagogue in all their various forms, and believe that we all form part of God’s great tapestry, and have a heart especially for the sick, the lonely and the lost, so I volunteer with special needs kids and run a support group for adults with health issues. I’m looking forward to working with Root Source…..and I’m pretty sure there is no one else quite like me ….so hopefully we’ll come up with something unique!
